Policy
We
dedicate ourselves to
providing you with a quality product. If you need to return your
purchase,
you may mail back the unopened/unused item within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Please follow the instructions as outlined below to receive a full refund minus shipping charges.
1. We must be notified in advance of your
intention to return any items.
2. The unopened/unused goods must be
packaged
so that we receive them undamaged and without creases.
3. When we
receive
them in good condition, we will credit your credit card for the amount
of the
goods, not including shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE!
Custom
orders and size changes are not returnable
unless we have made a mistake.
Your approval of email proofs before we
cut the
stencil, relieves us of any liability for any part of the design.
