Designer Stencils® Return Policy

 We dedicate ourselves to providing you with a quality product. If you need to return your purchase, you may mail back the unopened/unused item within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Please follow the instructions as outlined below to receive a full refund minus shipping charges.

 1. We must be notified in advance of your intention to return any items.

 2. The unopened/unused goods must be packaged so that we receive them undamaged and without creases. Please do not fold the stencil and mail it in an envelope.

 3. When we receive them in good condition, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the goods, not including shipping costs.

 

PLEASE NOTE!
Custom orders and size changes are NOT RETURNABLE unless we have made a mistake.
Your approval of email proofs before we cut the stencil, relieves us of any liability for any part of the design.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS

 We try our best to ship your order correctly and in a timely manner. If we ship your order to the wrong address (other than the address you have supplied to us) or you do not receive the items you ordered, then we will accept responsibility and make sure you receive the correct items via GROUND USPS or UPS.

We are NOT responsible if you order the wrong items OR the postal service is late in delivering your shipment. If for some reason the postal service loses your shipment, it is our discretion whether we assume responsibility and resend your order after a waiting period of 3-4 weeks.
