No holder needed, but it fits the Stencil Genie. Measures 2.12 inches x 4 inches and can be used on cookies used in conjunction with our 3x5 Inch Rectangular Cookie Cutter or try using the beautiful 5 Inch Barnes Plaque Cookie Cutter.
